family life takes over but I will always attempt to get back to any messages within 24hrs. My average turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks excluding weekends and holidays. If I am able to get it done sooner, I certainly try to. I don't always have all items on hand, especially for custom orders so please allow time for me to source items as needed. All details should be confirmed during the ordering process. This includes size, colours, fonts, etc. Due to the customisation of these items, all payments must be paid in full before I can begin the production process. Payments can be made online or if you are a local customer, you're welcome to drop off cash payments as well. I do provide digital proofs for approval with customised items and will work with you to design exactly what you want. I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to personal or professional circumstances. Prices are subject to change.
