Having just won a major contract our client is looking to substantially increase their workforce.

The roles:

Use your trade qualifications or previous TA experience in the manufacture of modular buildings which are used for accommodation in areas like mining sites and other remote locations.

You will work as a member of a team across the various sections on the workshop floor and this is an excellent opportunity to use the skills you already have and potentially learn some new skills.

Own transport desirable

Our client who are a large engineering company in Adelaide's northern suburbs require a TA to be trainer in commercial fuse assembly. Ideally you will have worked in a jobbing shop as a TA previously. This is a short term assignment for approximately 2 -3 weeks.

With a full order book this well-established heavy engineering company are looking to increase their workforce.

As they are involved in the manufacture of large complex equipment, components & structures from a variety of industry sectors you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills: -

Must be an experienced indentured tradesperson.
Experience in fabrication layout, prep and weld to conforming tolerances using GMAW (conventional, pulse and flux core as required).
Expertise in complex fabrication techniques and distortion control
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings is essential
Experience in the use of both power and hand tools
Have a current drivers licence
A stable and reliable work history in a jobbing shop environment
You will be required to pass a pre-qualification weld test.
