Introducing Ryu Cheong 👋

Another awesome, experienced FT yoga instructor 🏅

Ryu's background was as a professional Latin dancer in Malaysia, it was a nasty hamstring injury that led him to yoga for healing 🌀

You can feel how his beautiful grace flows through in his classes, he loves to teach a gentle and dynamic yoga flow so that students can enjoy every single yoga pose benefit ✅

Ryu loves to make his classes accessible for everyone!

What does Ryu love about yoga? "Yoga always brings me to the Zen; eliminating my stress; empowering my thought; refreshing my mind; erases negative energy and improves my self-determination. This is what drove me to become a life yoga educator 🤝

Ryu's favourite yoga practice is Kapalabhati Pranayama- "It helps me to stimulate my lungs, muscles and immune system!" he says ✨

When not on the mat, Ryu is Dad to two beautiful daughters, loves gardening and housework and reading books. He is currently studying electrotechnology 📚

Definitely check out Ryu's classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am for Hot vinyasa flow 🔥 Delightful!
