📣 Share your experience with needs assessments
Autism SA is supporting a lived experience consultation on needs-based assessments across the lifespan — and your input will help shape future services and training.
This survey is open to:
• Autistic individuals (including those who self-identify)
• Parents, carers, and supporters
• Anyone with experience of a needs-based assessment (e.g. functional capacity, autism, therapy assessments)
Your feedback will help inform:
• Therapist training
• Service design and improvements
• Better access and support pathways for the community
📝 The survey takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete. An honorarium for voluntary participation may be offered for completion.
