Did you relate to Deidre’s words? Her quest to mobilise a group of trusted people to support Richard and continue ‘business as usual’ when she no longer can, is very much aligned with the work we do facilitating Circles of Support.

A Circle of Support brings together a small network of trusted people to support a person living with disability to pursue a good life with:
1. People who look out for you
2. People who help you to make decisions
3. People who aren’t paid to be there
4. People who step into safeguarding roles.

The full episode of Australian Story is now available on iView and YouTube.
