Last week, our teams donned their virtual lab coats and dove into Challenge #5! Using HoloLAB Champions VR, they tackled science experiments with precision—measuring, pouring, and calculating their way to success. 🔬✨

A huge round of applause to SJC Red from St Joseph's College Geelong for claiming the top spot! 🏆 With a flawless 100% score across the board, their teamwork and accuracy were truly next-level. Bravo, SJC Red! 👏

The competition heats up as we head into the final All-In-One Sports Basketball Challenge! 🏀 Which team will rise to the occasion and be crowned the 2024 Lumination League Champions? Stay tuned to find out! 🔥

Lumination League: Tiny Town VR Challenge 🏙️

Last week, our teams stepped up to design the perfect neighbourhood in 3D for Challenge #4! Using Tiny Town VR, they crafted spaces where comfort, community, and convenience go hand in hand.

A huge congratulations to Programmers Eternal from Australian Christian College - Marsden Park! 🏆 Their neighbourhood features a school, ice cream parlour, bridges, maisonettes, a clinic, and even a car attendant. They created a vibrant, connected community that truly enhances quality of life. Well done!

Lumination League: Google Blocks VR Challenge 🎮

This week’s challenge was all about creativity and precision! Teams stepped into VR to build 3D models of real-world objects using geometric shapes. From structures like the Sydney Opera House to Tower Bridge, teams brought their A-game, turning geometry into art.

Shoutout to the Loreto Armadillos from Loreto College, Marryatville! Their incredible Statue of Liberty design blew us away. Using cones, spheres, cubes, and rectangular prisms, they combined detail and scale to create something truly iconic. 🗽

Massive props to all teams for your amazing entries—you made geometry look good. 💪

Yesterday we spent the day at Ardrossan Area School inducting their new group of Student Lab Mentors!

Lumination’s Student Lab Mentor Program gives students the opportunity to become leaders in . Through this training, they learn how to set up Lumination Learning Labs, assist , and run immersive learning experiences for their peers.

These students have gained a solid understanding of basics, lab equipment, and controls. With valuable hands-on experience using technology, they’re now ready to support their classmates and enhance the learning environment.
