We had an incident this morning where this man came in and made a big order, we gave him the eftpos machine to pay and while we were preparing his order we realised he was tampering with the eftpos machine. He cleared the amount to be payed and tried to make it appear that payment went through with a $0.00 “approved” receipt. Please please everyone be careful and keep an eye on when taking payment. Luckily we caught on and asked him what he was doing - he denied doing anything and insisted there was something wrong with the chip on his card. We then asked him to pay cash and he hesitated and ran off to his scooter and rode away. Again please all business owners be careful as these kind of things are still happening! 😢😢
