🏋️ New equipment alert! 🏋️

Our Southern Hub gym has had an upgrade - and we're excited to introduce our new Cable machine!

This versatile equipment allows our therapy team to tailor exercise programs to each person's goals, supporting strength, balance, mobility, and functional movement.

The adjustable cable system can be used for a wide range of upper limb, lower limb, and core exercises, with resistance that can be graded to suit individual abilities and stages of recovery.

The machine also includes a Smith machine component, which supports guided exercises such as squats, sit-to-stands, lunges, calf raises, and deadlift variations, helping clients build strength, improve postural control, and work towards greater independence in everyday activities.

This exciting addition will help us continue delivering evidence-based rehabilitation and exercise programs for people living with brain injury and other neurological conditions.

✨ We’re excited to see the machine in action – and we currently have capacity for Physiotherapy appointments at our Southern Hub!
