Born from personal experience, siblings Zachary Bailey and Fiona Symons created CareWindow when their father Martin struggled to stay connected after entering aged care.

As a software engineer and registered nurse team, they designed an innovative video calling device specifically for people with cognitive and mobility challenges.

CareWindow can be operated remotely by family members, making it perfect for aged care residents who find traditional technology overwhelming.

Their solution is now helping families across Australia stay connected with loved ones in aged care and disability settings.

One of the best things about our ‘TIF’ community is the friendships, which often become lifelong ❤️
Our resident lawyer Rehka met environmental consultant Prae at The Innovation Factory a couple of years ago, and they have become firm friends, even going on a trip to Thailand together!
