Basement yoga, broken MIDI, and some slow studio troubleshooting. Kitchen resonator jams and cleaning chaos in between.

A vocal session follows morning mace swings, pigeons race, balcony recordings roll, and Bunnings gets involved. This one’s weird in a good way.

I head downstairs for strings, change them in the studio, jam a little, and get roughed up at jiu-jitsu. Music and muscle memory both tested.
