A new teacher and a new workshop at TabHu Acting School: Katie Cawthorne introduces Viewpoints.

Viewpoints is a theatre methodology based heavily in improvisation. Developed by practitioners Anne Bogart and Tina Landau, it is used in performance for ensemble building, actor training and performance composition. Katie Cawthorne is a NIDA trained director and theatre-maker who utilises this system in her own practice to anchor performers in their own truth, develop a strong sense of ensemble and build image based performance. This workshop will give performers a taste of this practice, encouraging them to explore impulse as a way to build connection in training to feed into their performance.
