Central to the day was a fire ceremony.
Fire rituals have existed across almost every culture for thousands of years - Indigenous, Hindu, Celtic, Native American. The reason is simple. Writing down what you're ready to release, and watching it burn, reaches somewhere that thinking about it never quite does. It's an act of intention made physical.

And that's what the women did at the Mini Reset Retreat fire ceremony - offering what they were ready to let go of to the flame and making space for renewal.
