HI FAM BAM! I hope you are all staying safe and well. We thought we would reshare one of our podcasts from last year, with the lovely Ben Graetz.

Thomas Fonua and I will be recording in August so a new episode coming in soon, yayy!

Think of you all, and please if you need it, we have a list of phone numbers for mental health hotlines pinned at the top of this feed.

Take care y'all xx

Hi Fam,

In light of the shift in our state, we are looking into a few options for how we may be able to rework our live podcast recording this Saturday. We’ll be in touch very soon. ❤️

Stay safe everyone!
