🌟 Inclusive activities in the City of Onkaparinga 🌟

The City of Onkaparinga offers a range of social, recreational and community activities for adults living with disability, including:

🎉 Evening social events
🍽️ Monthly Dinner Club
🎨 Day programs and outings
🎶 Shedtastics singing group
💦 Aqua Movement classes
🚶 Weekly walking group
🔨 Shed activities,including basic carpentry, mosaics and games
🌱 Adaptive gardening workshops
💃 Chair dancing
☕ Carer Café sessions

These programs are a great way to try new activities, build skills, meet people and connect with the local community.

The Ability Program is generally available to City of Onkaparinga residents aged 18 to 65 who live with disability. Activities are group based and may be funded through a participant’s NDIS plan or paid for privately.

Please note that one to one support is not provided. Participants who require assistance with personal care, medication, meals, communication or other specialised support may need to attend with their support worker.
