We are women! Today we ROARED!!! The Find your Voice choir performed for the FIRST TIME EVER today! 14 brave warriors let their voices fly performing 3 empowering and emotional songs for the 30th birthday celebrations of
Southern Domestic Violence Action Group
So many people to thank for this opportunity but none more than the women of the choir- so brave, so passionate # #

Having a boring back- to- work Monday??? Need some fun this afternoon???
We’ll come on over to Hastings Street community house in Seaford and join me for week 2 of Retro Disco!!! 5pm
It’s freestyle disco dancing with a few moves thrown in- just like to good old days!!! See you there!!
