On Course Projects

A lot has changed in my business this year - so I wanted to share what I actually do now - and who it's for.

Hi, I’m Valeska - and I help business owners turn their expertise into clear, structured online programs.

If you’ve been sitting on a course idea for a while - maybe you have notes, lesson ideas, or even a rough plan - but when you try to actually move forward, everything starts to feel a bit tangled...

That’s exactly what I help with.

A lot of the people I work with come in thinking they need help with the tech - choosing a platform, getting it all online. But once we start talking, they realise the real starting point is the thinking that needs to happen first.

To clarify what the program actually is.
To get really specific about who it’s for.
To shape the structure of the program.
All of this helps map out a practical plan to bring it to life.

Because once the thinking is clear, everything else gets easier.

Today I was out getting a phone cover for a new phone, and the lady serving me was super helpful, really friendly. She let me know of all the Christmas deals available, not pushy but still offering the information to try and get the extra sales - exactly as she should be.

But the real sticking point for me, that I really applaud her for, was as I was leaving and she said "look, I'm trying to grow my business so if you wouldnt mind leaving a google review about me and my service, it would really help me so much."

As I was walking away, I thought man, how good is she! She knows she needs reviews to help grow her business and she ACTUALLY asked for it.

She provided me with good service and then she followed that up with an ask for a review.

And it got me thinking - how many of us business owners are providing great service or products to people and not asking for a review...?

If that's you, take inspiration from this and reach out to at least one person to ask for a review 🙌

P.S. Yes, I'll be leaving a review - but I wouldn't have thought if it if she didn't ask!

Over the past few years, I’ve sat alongside so many brilliant, big-hearted entrepreneurs as they’ve tried to bring their course ideas to life.

And almost every time, I see the same moment happen.

They’ll look at me, half-laughing and half-defeated, and say something like:

And honestly?

Because the overwhelm isn’t a sign that your idea isn’t good.
It’s a sign that you care about doing it well.

And sometimes you just need someone to make the steps feel lighter and more doable — so you can finally get moving.

I’m thrilled to introduce one of our wonderful facilitators at Tammy’s Table - Valeska Waldron of On Course Projects.
