'Rusty' old barge transformed into bookshop

My pleasure to present at the ISA World Congress about cultural heritage and disasters :)

If cultural heritage is damaged by natural disasters, accidents, or fires, then rapid salvage and first aid are required. Two members have helped the Cologne Emergency Association of Archives and Libraries & the Cologne Fire Brigade develop a roll-off container for such scenarios.
