This week marked the end of our incredible journey with CSIRO's ON Accelerate Cohort 10.

It all started in November 2025, when CareWindow was selected as one of 20 teams for ON Accelerate Bootcamp. A few months later, after an intense Immersion Week, we were thrilled to be among the 10 ventures chosen to progress into the accelerator itself. What followed was 12 weeks of intensive learning, customer discovery, commercialisation, pitching, strategy, and growth. ON Accelerate is designed to help research-driven ventures build the skills, networks and business foundations needed to translate great ideas into real-world impact.

This week, that journey culminated at ON Translate 2026 in Melbourne, where I had the privilege of pitching CareWindow alongside some of Australia's most exciting deep-tech and research-driven startups.

Thanks to this program we have a far stronger business, a clearer growth strategy, an expanded network, and the confidence to think much bigger about the impact we can create.

I'm incredibly proud of what our team has achieved over the past eight months. The progress we've made wouldn't have been possible without the support of the ON team, our coaches, mentors, fellow cohort members, partners, customers, advisors and supporters who have challenged us, encouraged us and opened doors along the way.

A special thank you to the entire ON Program team for creating such a unique and transformative experience. Australia needs more programs that help bridge the gap between innovation and impact.

Importantly whilst it may be the end of ON Accelerate, it feels less like a finish line and more like the beginning of the next chapter.

We're excited for what's ahead.

🌿 Positive Ageing Summit - Adelaide | 20-21 May

Zac will be attending as a speaker, sharing insights on how simple, human-centred technology like CareWindow can reduce isolation, support carers, and help older Australians age with dignity, connection, and choice.

♿ ATSA - Brisbane | 20-21 May

Mal will be at ATSA Brisbane, connecting with the assistive technology and independent living community and showcasing how CareWindow supports accessible communication.
