Nothing more exciting than trying out new products to us from Atomic Chicken their charcoal chicken rub!

First impressions is the smell from the moment you crack open that seal! Smelt exactly like our local fish and chip shop chickens.

Midway sneak peak colour and smell was unreal

Final product pulled off at a beautiful 170F made a sensational pulled chicken roast, very tender thighs and juicy breasts with some falling off the bone wings! Skin cooked to perfection taste absolutely like our local fish and chip shop. We’re very keen to try out Atomic Chicken stuffing mix on the next chicken roast cooked here at Getting Sauced BBQ HQ

Wings is a simple and quick week night cook when you've finished work and are running short on time. 🕒🏃
We used Lane's BBQ Australia Magic Dust seasoning and glazed with Kinda Sweet sauce. These took about an hour all up from start to serving. ⏳🍽
