Is m**h worse than alcoholism, bipolar, or schizophrenia ….. How many children are already being juggled with too few resources? Is the underfunded, stupidly shared with Human Services arrangement saveable? There are many victims here; how about the overworked under-appreciated people working to support all these needy worthy people?
Let’s everyone not pretend this is anything new; govt after govt just not facing up to it. Too many of the same people left to find new ways; same people more money poor results.
