After a long and often frustrating publishing process, my second book, Australian Rock Dragons – The decresii Complex, is now available on Amazon.
Spanning 165 pages, the book provides a comprehensive look at every aspect of these remarkable agamid lizards, including their natural history, identification, distribution, ecology, captive husbandry, breeding, and conservation.
Unfortunately, the project was affected by numerous issues with the formatting and project management, which resulted in significant delays. Although the book is now available, the interior was mistakenly uploaded in black and white rather than the intended full colour. I am currently working with the publisher to have the interior replaced with the correct colour version as soon as possible.
Despite these setbacks, I'm pleased that the book is finally available and hope it will prove to be a valuable resource for keepers, researchers, and anyone with an interest in Australia's incredible rock dragons.
This version is positive and informative without dwelling on the problems, while also explaining why purchasers may currently receive a black-and-white edition.
