We’re lucky to have join the team at Gameready, bringing energy, drive and focus to every session.

Char is passionate about supporting women to build strong, confident bodies while creating a lifestyle they enjoy and can stick to.

Char’s fitness journey started over 10 years ago training for aesthetics and has since evolved into performance based goals around strength, endurance and training for longevity. From bodybuilding to Hyrox, she loves a challenge and being part of her clients’ progress and transformations 💪

With 6 years in the fitness industry, her approach is built on sustainable habits, consistency and results that last.
