Securing the 2024 SANFL Premiership with a 81-76 hard fought win against Norwood, Glenelg has once again demonstrated what exceptional leadership in the sporting arena looks like!

For the past two years, Generation Thrive has partnered with GFC to provide leadership training and coaching to their players, supporting their leadership performance on and off the field.

At Generation Thrive, we believe that leadership doesn’t just happen on the field - it starts within. Our Personal Leadership Programs empower sports teams to cultivate resilience, focus, and teamwork, helping players not only lead their teams to success but also grow as individuals.

At Thrive@Work, we help your team in expanding their capabilities, focusing on areas like personal leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving to set them up for success.

Our interactive program is based on contemporary psychology and is designed to equip new and emerging leaders with the in-demand skills to drive engagement, motivation, and resilience towards achieving their professional and personal goals. Additionally, we focus on honing these essential competencies in your employees while providing proactive strategies to support their mental well-being.

We are thrilled to introduce our upcoming Thrive@Work program starting the week of September 9, 2024. There will be four 1-hour workshops from 11am – 12pm. This time, we welcome multiple organisations to join a diverse group that offers an enjoyable learning experience and networking opportunities. Participants can opt for in-person sessions in Adelaide or attend virtually from anywhere.
