How many drops of Essential Oils should you put in your diffuser?

There are two criteria:

1🔸 the size of the room

2🔸 how big your diffuser is

The intensity is up to you
(beware of the e animals and small children!) But all in all this guide says it all and that’s what I do as well.

Are dou adding your Essential Oils straight into bath water?
🚯then don’t, here is why

♨️EO does not dilute in water, so you end up with chunks of oil floating on a surface. They might not only cause skin irritation but also enter all the wrong places and act harmful.

How to make it better / properly?

✳️ use something to disperse the molecules of Essential Oil, your options: Bath Salt, Epsom Salt, Himalayan Salt, some people use milk too. I would rather stick to salt and its benefits.

✳️I use up to 2-4 drops for older children, up to 8 for adults.
