RED EMMA | Residential Quarter honored with .award 27

Exciting news! Our project RED EMMA (ROTE EMMA) has been awarded the bestarchitects 27 Award in the Residential Multi-Family category.

The annual award recognises projects that demonstrate exceptional architectural quality and a distinctive design approach.

We are especially delighted by this recognition because RED EMMA is more than a housing project. Comprising 360 subsidised apartments alongside public facilities and community spaces, the urban quarter represents a new approach to affordable housing at scale, bringing together social diversity and timber-hybrid construction. Guided by the belief that architecture creates social space, the project was developed through the close collaboration of GERNER GERNER PLUS. and AllesWirdGut.
