Our fourth training day kicked off with an insightful session led by Sarah Tariq Gilani, focusing on circular business models. She explained how businesses can seamlessly incorporate circularity, making them resilient to market fluctuations and allowing them to create more value from the existing resources. The concept of the triple-layered business model was introduced, followed by a dedicated pitch training session.

Later in the day, participants had the chance to work on their action plans, taking a moment to collect their thoughts. The highlight of the day was our visit to the 22nd district, where we explored the innovative practices of local mushroom growers Hut & Stiel. 🍄 They cultivate mushrooms using leftover materials from city offices and cafes, and they're even venturing into experimenting with other waste streams. This visit perfectly aligned with the objectives of our Agro-circularity Pioneers Week.
