We heard insightful talks from:

✅️Andre de Jeu (ACES) – Strengthening Inclusive Sport & Para Sport.

✅️ Serkan Baltaci (Turkiye Paralympic Committee) – The Art of Diversifying Funding Sources.

✅️ Celine Guth (Council of Europe, Sport Division) – From Policy Commitments to Meaningful Participation.

After a working lunch delegates went into the city to explore the sights followed by an evening on The Bosphorus river 🕌 ⛴️
