International Cuisine:
Last week it was American Cuisine in our international cooking class. We prepared many typical American dishes. On the menu was:
Cesar Salad, Clam Chowder, Beef Tenderloin with Pepper sauce and for dessert, Blueberry Muffins. What are some of your favorite American foods which we can try making in our next cooking class?

In the third semester, we had pastry class with Ms. Egger. We learned how to bake Austrian style cake and cookies, e.g. Sacher cake, Salzburg Nockerl, Sweet dumpling, etc.
