No Machines - No Jumping - No Repetitions
The only workout you will need for your daily routine - Just two days to workout every muscle!
This is the first of two workouts. After the second one you have trained all your muscles so basically your whole body. Every exercise we're doing is without any other equipment or machines so you can do it basically everywhere in the world!
The workout are eight rounds of 40 seconds and 20 seconds rest. We will do three times 8 rounds. Each time we're making it a little bit more difficult and it will be 24 minutes total. 🏋️♂️
