In case of accidental collisions between blocks and tools it is important not to damage the machine. For this we have chosen a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬. Thanks to its density in case of impact, compared to the material of the classic vacuum blocks made with HPL panels, with our blocks it is often possible 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐱𝐞𝐬.

The vacuum blocks are 𝐫𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐫-𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 and thus ensure a noticeably 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬. The rubber coating is 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 to the base material using a special process.
