Are you from Amsterdam? If yes, this is for you (and for you to tell ten friends).

We're starting the new year with our first offline event in Amsterdam. Together with Pic-Time, we're gathering on January 8th for an evening of storytelling and conversation.

Here's the breakdown: it's free, no strings attached, and intended purely as a community get-together. Starting the new year with a peer gathering felt right, and we know you're crazy for Amsterdam, so we made it happen.

The gathering is at Social Hub Amsterdam City (not Social Hub Amsterdam West) in The Het Parool Theatre from 19h to 23h. We'll host a storytelling evening - guests share photos, tell stories behind them, and enjoy drinks together for a few hours.

Europe's Best Wedding Photographer and Europe's Best Young Wedding Photographer are the Individual Awards - nomination-based contests for European photographers only. Judges review submitted work and rank the top entries. The top 3 become finalists. One winner in each category is announced live in Vienna this May.

One category celebrates photographers at any stage building exceptional work. The other recognizes photographers 25 years and younger. Two different starting points, same destination if you keep going.

Danilo & Sharon won Europe's Best Young Wedding Photographer in 2017 at the first WUN Awards in Stockholm. Six years later in Florence, they won Europe's Best Wedding Photographer - the top prize. The work you submit today might not win. But six years from now, it might. You don't stay young forever. You do get better if you keep trying.
