Im Rahmen des Projekts FLAG - Fight Like a Girl hat Rita Isiba vorbildliche Frauen im öffentlichen Leben eingeladen, ihre Erfahrungen mit der Überwindung von Hürden in Ausbildung und Beruf zu teilen.

I'm not going to lie - Life as a working parent is more brutal than I thought.

Without a support system, there is NO way I would have managed my business, relationships and health.

My mother made it look soooo easy. She juggled two jobs and raised my three siblings and me to be confident yet kind-hearted individuals.

Me? I moan and complain when the opportunity arises. And, I am raising "only" one child.

I'd crumble if it weren't for the great people surrounding me.
Whether they are employed or run a business; or have children or not, these incredible individuals constantly share helpful tips and tricks on integrating and balancing life with work.
