Day 4/4 - Rio de Janeiro

And now, we arrived at our last visit, a remarkable encounter with the Orquestra Light Rocinha on a sunny day in this neighborhood that we love so much, a real pool of very great talents.

❗️About the institution: the Orquestra Light da Rocinha promotes local development and social inclusion through music. The artistic direction is in charge of Carlos Prazeres, conductor of the Bahia Symphony Orchestra, together with maestro Henrique Machado, resident conductor of the orchestra, who also has his origins in social projects.

‼️About us: Circuito Viajart are artistic gatherings that provide cultural exchanges between professional musicians and young apprentices. This gathering takes place in different Brazilian states, often outside the traditional circuit.

E por fim chegamos à nossa última visita, um marcante encontro com a Orquestra Light Rocinha num dia bem ensolarado e nesse bairro que tanto amamos, um celeiro de grandes talentos.

❗️Sobre a instituição: a Orquestra Light da Rocinha promove o desenvolvimento local e a inclusão social por meio da música. A direção artística f**a por conta de Carlos Prazeres, regente da Orquestra Sinfônica da Bahia, juntament com o maestro Henrique Machado, maestro residente da orquestra, que também tem sua origem em projetos sociais.

‼️Sobre a gente: Circuito Viajart são encontros artísticos que proporcionam intercâmbios culturais entre músicos profissionais e jovens aprendizes. Esse encontro acontece em diferentes estados brasileiros, muitas vezes fora do circuito tradicional.
