When I began my journey with Reiki, I didn’t realize how deeply it would reshape my inner world. What started as an inner calling towards healing with hands became a path of remembrance — of who I truly am beyond the layers of subconscious programming and expectations.

✨ Through the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, I learned that Reiki is not only a method of healing others — it is a practice of self-purification, compassion, and presence. Each time I place my hands with intention, I return to that stillness within where life energy flows freely.

Working with the chakras has been one of the most profound aspects of this journey. Each center reveals another layer of consciousness — from grounding into the safety of the root to opening the crown to divine guidance. As I learned to balance and harmonize these energies within myself, my outer world began to shift too: relationships softened, intuition strengthened, and a quiet joy took root in the simplest moments. ☯️
