This valuable event organised by Bundesverband der Deutschen Vending-Automatenwirtschaft e.V. (Federal Association of the German Vending Machine Industry) in collaboration with the DHBW Heilbronn (Baden-Württemberg State University) provided us with the opportunity to network with industry leaders, learn about the latest trends and developments in 24/7 self-service solutions, and gain new insights to help drive our business forward in order to achieve the best customer service.

We also strongly believe that, Prof. Dr. Stephan Rüschen and Julia Schumacher´s whitepaper #15 is an incredible comprehensive research based on more than 170 German and European self-service projects and products, providing valuable insights and expert analysis on Smart Stores 24/7 structure and trends.
