Over the course of several successful days at this year’s NAFSA Association of International Educators conference in Orlando, our higher education institutions had the opportunity to meet with numerous partner institutions from across the United States and Canada to discuss existing partnerships and initiate new collaborations.

The annual conference also provided an excellent platform to exchange views on current developments and trends with partners from across North America and around the world.

🎓 Study Medicine in Austria – with a scholarship!

The Danube Private University (DPU) is offering scholarships covering 50% of tuition fees for its full diploma programmes in Human Medicine (Dr. med. univ.) and Dental Medicine (Dr. med. dent.).
• Open to highly motivated students worldwide
• Duration: full programme (12 semesters)

📅 Application deadline: 26 June 2026

The scholarship supports talented applicants with strong motivation and a clear interest in a medical career – with the goal of strengthening future healthcare in Lower Austria.

DPU has also recently launched a new English-taught PhD programme “Precision and Personalized Medicine”, combining biomedical research, clinical medicine, AI and more.

• Funded PhD position incl. salary
• Access to international research networks
