Join us for a refreshing afternoon focused on movement, mobility, and wellbeing in one of Vienna’s most beautiful parks. This all-level Pilates class is designed to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and help you slow down and reconnect with your body in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
After the session, stay for tea, snacks, and a chance to connect with others 😊
