FORMDEPOT Salon 2026 — Resonance, experienced

What happens when architecture, design, material, and people truly connect?

At this year’s FORMDEPOT Salon, we explored Resonance as more than a concept — as something that unfolds between space, perception, and human interaction. Across a full day of installations, talks, and shared moments, the entire house became a living system of exchange.

From the Material Awakening – The Resonance Sessions, where visitors actively engaged with materials, textures, and compositions, to immersive spatial experiments by our members and partners — the Salon invited everyone to move beyond observation and become part of the dialogue.

Resonance cannot be designed as a fixed outcome — it emerges through relationships. Between people and space, material and perception, atmosphere and memory.

Spaces don’t just function.
They respond, shape behavior, create belonging — and stay with us long after we leave.

The day concluded with a Soirée that carried this energy forward — where conversations, encounters, and the spaces themselves continued to resonate.

Material in 2026 is no longer a finish.
Material is space.

Wood traces growth into the surface.
Stone brings weight and stillness.
Metals carry time within their patina.
Glass dissolves boundaries into light.

Textile layers settle over it —
soft, absorbent, connective.
They hold sound, filter atmosphere,
and bring intimacy into architecture.

What emerges is not an image,
but a spatial composition.
A space that responds.

Resonance means:
Material answers —
to light,
to touch,
to presence.

And architecture becomes tangible.
