In this challenging position you'll be responsible for ensuring that our products meet our customer's high expectations and quality standards. This includes the responsibility for the quality management system, system integrity, product safety and reliability. You'll work together with project managers, developers and the testing department and report directly to Robart's COO.

Your tasks:
- Set up, develop and maintain all quality management measures along the whole product creation process
- Ensure a predictable product quality level, cost and field call rate
- Take care of the approbation of products according to various national and international regulations
- Supervise quality management-tools such as FMEA and conduct audits
- Plan and coordinate reliability, durability, stress and environmental testing
- Select and develop suppliers, manufacturers and partners

Your profile:
- Master or Diploma Engineer in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent along with good economical resp. business knowledge (e.g.: MBA)
- High-level quality management education / (e.g. EOQ Quality Management Representative, Quality Auditor and/or Quality Manager)
- Profound expertise regarding manufacturing and lean management (ideally Six Sigma Black Belt) as well as industry 4.0, product safety and approbation
- Good statistics and problem solving knowledge as well as experience with project management and CAD
- Very good English language proficiency, additional languages (German and Chinese in particular) welcome but not
required
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
