LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a super organised office admin and logistics assistant to join the growing marketing team!

A brief description of key responsibilities -

- Manage the booking diary

- Organise all invoices for events & suppliers

- Manage all ground transport for third party vendors

- Ensure all third party suppliers paperwork is in order

- Manage the PO system

- Work with the marketing director to sign off on event purchases

- Book and manage accommodation for visitors

It is part time for the next six months starting in September.

This role is ideal for the student schedule and suitable for recent graduates!
