me to come together in extended music listening sessions where we explored our common passion. After regularly consuming music and beer in equal amounts we found out what excites us and what ties us together. We are all thrilled by unexpected twists and turns and we all detest formulaic music that follows dogmatic rules. From recording our original songs to animating our own music videos, we love to get our hands dirty. And where our production skills reach their limits, we are thankful to all the creative people we can rely on to help us realize our visions. The project started with Alex, Flo and Michi searching for a new style after playing together in metalcore band Upon Thy Waves. Quickly, the idea to make a concept album was born, but we realized we would need a bunch of singers to execute all our vocal ideas. Luckily we stumbled upon Ritchie while skimming through local gigs. Ritchie has been active in the metal scene since the 90s in bands like Stygma and Jacobs Moor and lends his voice to several rock cover shows. He was a natural first choice for a band that draws ideas from a multitude of genres and wants a different singer for each part. Ritchie was easily convinced to work with some new heads and agreed to visit our rehearsal room. After a first recording session we all liked the outcome - wonky ideas and a modern sound held together by old-school metal vocals. The madness was completed. In the end, we are just four people who love music above anything else, so please let us know what you think about our songs and share your own music with us.
