📍 Instead of using gender-marked adjectives in Spanish and translating “Mi monstruo se siente sorprendido” or “Mi monstruo se siente entusiasmada” that would have left people using non-binary pronouns out of the conversation, we chose to use the related gender-neutral nouns.

❗ En vez de optar por usar adjetivos con marca de género y traducir “Mi monstruo se siente sorprendido” o bien “Mi monstruo se siente entusiasmada” que hubiera dejado a las personas que usan otros pronombres más allá del binario “ella-él” fuera de la conversación, decidimos usar sustantivos a fin de evitar las marcas de género.
