Don HardRisk, or Risk, in short, considers himself more of a poet than a rapper. He first began writing poetry at the age of eleven, his poems were mostly about love. He grew up in a diverse home and the music he grew up listening to were broad, ranging from Hip Hop, RnB Soul, Classical music, Rumba, Kizomba/Zouk, and Dance-hall. He began rapping out his poems at the age of thirteen and figuring out his style. In 2017, He moved to France from Namibia and began working solo. He dropped his first project in 2018, Listen At Own Risk (The Origin Stories) He speaks English, French, and Portuguese. Although he mainly performs in English, he often throws in other languages for diversity. Specializing in Hip-hop/Rap with inspirational lyrics, African folklores, parables, true-life stories, and experiences, He probably won't make you dance but he will touch your heart, mind, and soul. A fusion of conscious, storytelling, and alternative rap but still keeping you entertained with modern-day sound. He performs real-life issues that had happened to him and those around him, he molds them in a form of poetry and storytelling in a cryptic style and presents them to you to decipher.
