What is "Zoombombing" ?

This is when hackers are able to infiltrate zoom meetings and disrupt the meetings....this is now happening to our students and inappropriate content is being spread to our SXM students...

As a parent and managing director of my company Mooretech, I have done the research to try to stem this known phenomenon from happening to our students and current users of zoom as we try to maintain some sort of normalcy.

Here is a list of tips to avoid having your meetings infiltrated, this has to be done by the host of the virtual meeting;

* Create separate passwors for each virtual meeting;
* Establish a Zoom waiting room for each meeting participents
* Lock down the meeting once everyone invited to attend has joined
* Do not publicly post meeting links on social media or any other public forum.

This is not a joke people... I have witnessed this happening to my step daughter this morning who attends the St Maarten Academy
