🔍GN LLC is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Human Recourses Specialist to add value to the HR department activities.

📝Job Responsibilities:

🔹Performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; and training and development;
🔹Maintaining compliance with labor code, employment laws, and regulations, recommending best practices;
🔹Performs other duties as assigned.

✍️Required qualifications:

🔹Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
🔹At least 3 years of experience in the human resource management sphere is a must.
🔹Proficient with Microsoft Office, ArmSoft, TaxService online portal.
🔹Good knowledge of English and Russian Languages.
🔹Headhunting skills,
🔹Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
🔹Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
🔹Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
🔹Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, perfect knowledge of the Labor Code.
🔹Multitasking abilities.
