👀 Customer Support Specialist Intern
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist Intern to join our team and support the product development and client operations process. This internship is a great opportunity for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in building and managing digital products.

👉 Work Conditions:
Full-time / On-site
3-month internship with potential for full-time employment afterward (If your skills match our needs, this can be a paid opportunity)

📣About the Role:
This role is focused on HiDeal — our product for helping restaurants and shops manage and send out discounts and special offers to users.
In this role, you will be involved in the full client lifecycle — from onboarding to ongoing support and product demonstrations. You will work closely with both the product and sales teams to ensure smooth client experience and adoption.

👉Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding process
Handle documentation and maintain records
Provide ongoing customer support and ensure regular communication with clients
Troubleshoot issues and assist clients and end users in using the product
Coordinate, organize, and participate in marketing and SMM activities

👉Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields
Excellent command of Armenian
Good command of English (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
