TIRSoft is looking for experienced and enthusiastic engineer, you will develop and supports cross platform mobile and web-based solutions for our clients and company that make an impact across multiple industries. You will have an opportunity to help create scalable, global mobile applications to deliver complex world-class high-quality code.

Responsibilities
Develop cross-platform Flutter Apps from the ground up
Maintain existing cross platform apps
Write code and design systems using cross platform IDEs such as Visual Studio, Android Studio, Xcode and Flutter/Dart external packages
Work collaboratively with project teams to execute technology solutions
Develop cutting-edge projects while writing high-quality code
Mentor junior Software Engineers to help improve their skills, and make them more effective and productive Software Engineers

Qualifications
2+ years’ experience working as a developer writing code
1+ years’ experience in Flutter application development
Experience in communicating with technical teams to collect requirements and describe product features and technical designs
Professional background with an understanding of Software Architecture and Design

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Flutter BLoC design pattern
Experience in SCRUM and Agile methodologies
Experience using tools such as GitHub and JIRA
Experience working as a part of a distributed team/remote team
