🏡 A dream home in a modern style! ✨ I am glad to present you my latest architectural project - a 2-storey private house with an area of 1000 square meters, where every detail is thought out to the smallest detail.

🌊 In this house you will find everything you need for a comfortable life: a spacious swimming pool for morning swims and relaxing evenings, an extensive terrace ideal for meeting friends and alfresco dining, as well as parking for 2 cars for your convenience.

🎨 My design approach combines modern minimalism with elements of nature, using basalt with wooden details and decorative facade plaster. This creates a harmonious combination with natural materials and modern design.

💫 This project is the embodiment of my ideas about modern luxury and functionality. With innovative solutions and attention to detail, this house will be a refuge and inspiration for its inhabitants.
