📢The COVID-19 pandemic and 44-day Nagorno-Karabakh war challenged the Armenian business sector like nothing before.
🙌Our new project, "Successful business responses to COVID-19 in Armenia: What are the supporting factors?", aims to analyze business behavior as a response to those disruptive events. In particular, we will explore the driving forces, such as ⬇️
🔹️Decision-making process ,
🔹️Social corporate responsibility (CSR) exhibition/activities,
🔹️Internal policies
in order to assess the two shocks’ impact on businesses in Armenia.
🔎The project will draw recommendations in the form of guidelines related to change/crisis management for both civil society organizations (CSOs) and the government (central and local).

🇦🇲։ COVID-19 համաճարակի և Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում ձևավորվեցին լուրջ մարտահրավերներ հայկական ընկերությունների համար։
🙌Մեր նոր նախագիծը, «Հայաստանում հաջողակ բիզնեսների արձագանքը COVID-19-ին. գործոնային վերլուծություն», նպատակ ունի վերլուծել բիզնեսի վարքագիծը` որպես արձագանք այդ մարտահրավերներին:
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում մասնավորապես ուսումնասիրելու ենք օժանդակող գործոնները. ⬇️

🔹️սոցիալական կորպորատիվ պատասխանատվության (ՍԿՊ) գործունեության իրականացում եւ ներդրում ընկերության ռազմավարության մեջ,
🔹️ներքին քաղաքականություն Հայաստանում բիզնեսի վրա վերոնշյալ երկու ցնցումների ազդեցությունը գնահատելու համար:
