FLAG is launching a tender for video production services for the project 'New Reality of the Heritage Sites', funded by the European Union in the framework of IPA II CBC Programme Montenegro-Albania 2014–2020. 🇪🇺🇦🇱🇲🇪

We are looking for a duly registered company or individual established and operating in Albania that can provide professional video production services. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that all stakeholders can participate equally and effectively in our programmes and events. 🎥🎞️

The project aims to create an immersive digital experience that transports visitors into the natural and cultural landscapes of the Municipality of Tropojë through the use of 360° video and AR/VR technology. Using a mobile or headset-based interface, visitors to the newly restored Museum of Tropojë will be able to scan QR codes and instantly ‘step into’ realistic, high-definition panoramic videos of selected destinations across the region. 🏛️

Through this assignment, the selected candidate will produce high-quality 360° spherical videos (2 minutes each) from 5 key locations across Tropojë. The videos will capture the region’s authentic atmosphere – its landscapes, natural sounds and vibrant local life – offering viewers a truly immersive visual experience.🏚️

These videos will serve as a powerful promotional and educational tool, highlighting Tropojë’s rich natural and cultural heritage. Optimized for AR/VR viewing, each video will be linked via QR codes and featured in the newly restored Tropojë Museum, allowing visitors to explore the beauty of the region through an interactive digital experience.📽️
